What you get

Both are offered as they are, free of charge, with an optional paid plan that unlocks extra features. There is no guaranteed uptime: this is a small service run by one person, and it is honest to say so rather than to print a number nobody is holding themselves to.

Your notes are yours. You can export the whole vault as a zip at any time, without asking and without a support ticket. That is the promise that matters most here — nothing locks your work in.

Your account

Keep your password and your vault passphrase safe. With end-to-end encryption switched on, the passphrase is not recoverable: it never leaves your device, so nobody here can reset it or read what it protects. That is the point of it, and it is also the risk — a lost passphrase means lost notes, and no amount of asking changes that.

One account per person. Do not share credentials.

What is not allowed

• Using either service to break the law, or to store or distribute material that is illegal where you are.
• Harassment, or using the bot’s moderation tools to target somebody rather than to moderate.
• Attacking the service: overwhelming it, probing it for holes without permission, or trying to reach data that is not yours.
• Reselling access, or running the paid features for others on one plan.
• Automating the API in a way that degrades it for everybody else.

Accounts doing any of that can be suspended or closed. Where it is not obviously deliberate, you get told what the problem is and a chance to fix it first.

Content you publish

Publishing a page or a digital garden makes it readable by anyone with the link — that is what publishing means. You keep ownership of what you write; you grant only the permission needed to store and serve it. You are responsible for what you publish and for having the right to publish it.

Shared spaces

A shared space is joined through a link. Anybody holding that link can join, so treat it as you would a key — the owner can revoke a member and cancel outstanding links at any time. A member who has already read a note has read it; revoking removes future access, not memory.

Paying, and stopping

A plan belongs to an account, not to a Discord server, and you choose which servers it unlocks. Payment is by subscription through Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from Stripe’s billing portal, reachable from your profile. The plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for and stops renewing; the features switch off when it lapses, and nothing you wrote is deleted for it. Refunds are not automatic, but if something went wrong, write and it will be looked at properly.

Prices can change. An increase applies from your next renewal and is announced before it takes effect, never applied silently.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. It removes your notes, folders, attachments and tokens. Export first if you want a copy — deletion is not reversible.

The service can be discontinued. If that happens, you get notice and time to export, not a closed door.

Liability

The service is provided without warranty. Nothing here excludes liability for anything the law does not allow to be excluded — and if you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights apply whatever this page says.

Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export button exists for that reason.

Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
